The practice of asana brings purity in tubular channels, firmness to the body and vitality to the body and the mind. There are many asanas as many as you like. Yoga is a process,technique of maintenance and prevention of disease. Where modern medicine is lacking in this respect. Meditation in an individual creates an effect which helps in spiritual upliftment through purification of thoughts and action.
